Rent Recovery Solutions works on a contingency fee basis. If we cannot collect an account, there is no fee. In order to offer the most competitive rate possible, a number of factors should be considered that affect the success of collection, and therefore the true cost. Some of these include:

• The size and number of accounts that will be assigned
• How much information is provided about the debtor
• The likelihood that legal action will be required to collect
• Whether or not and how much prior collection effort has been done

And we insist on remaining competitive with the going rate in the industry.
